Return Policy

B ooks are returnable for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date on your invoice. No refunds will be given on books returned after 30 days of the purchase date.

**Defective merchandise will be replaced. Original packaging must accompany return.**

Returns have time limits – For books purchased at a meeting or online, the policy is as follows:

1. Books may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date on your invoice.
2. Books must be in original condition.
3. If books are shrunk wrapped in a bundle and the bundle is open, they are not returnable.
4. You must enclose a copy of your original order and make note of what you are requesting us to do on the order.
5. If books were purchased on a credit/debit card, you will need all the credit/debit card information used for the original purchase.
6. Refunds will be credited to the bankcard on which they were purchased.
